Socheerfull Q4 review
An all-in-one solar camera with the panel built into the body rather than cabled to it. Socheerfull states a back-contact cell, Wi-Fi 6 with Bluetooth pairing, twin 4 dBi antennas and 2K color night vision.
The conclusion The easiest camera here to install and the hardest to optimize. Perfect on a sunny wall, a poor choice on a shaded one.
Everything about this camera is arranged around one decision: the solar panel
is part of the body. No cable, no second bracket, no working out where two
objects both fit.
What that buys and what it costs
It buys an installation that takes minutes and has nothing to go wrong at a
connector. It costs the freedom to put the panel somewhere other than the camera: it is fixed to the same mount, so the wall chosen to watch an approach also decides how much sun it gets. On a south-facing wall
this is the most convenient camera in the hub; on a north-facing one it is
the wrong tool, and a model with a cabled panel is the right one.
Setup, which is where cheap cameras fail
Socheerfull lists Wi-Fi 6 with Bluetooth pairing. The Bluetooth part is the
useful one: joining a network is where a camera with no screen and no keyboard
usually defeats its owner, and a direct channel from the phone removes most of
that. Twin 4 dBi antennas then keep the connection at distance, which on a
battery camera is a power question as much as a signal one.
Who it suits
A sunny post, fence or wall, and an owner who wants the whole thing up in an
afternoon. Check which way the wall faces before ordering.

The questions we are asked
Is an integrated panel better or worse than a separate one?
Easier to install and harder to optimize. There is nothing to cable and nothing to mount twice — but the panel is fixed to the same mount as the camera, and the wall that suits surveillance is not always the one that gets the sun. On a south-facing wall it is ideal; on a north-facing one it is the wrong choice.
Does Bluetooth pairing help?
Considerably. Most setup failures on cheap cameras happen at the moment the camera has to join Wi-Fi with no screen and no keyboard. Bluetooth gives the phone a direct channel to hand over the credentials, which removes the commonest cause of a returned camera.
What do 4 dBi antennas change?
They extend usable range. At the end of a garden, signal strength is what decides whether a battery camera works or wakes repeatedly trying to connect — and a camera that keeps retrying flattens itself. Antennas matter more on battery cameras than on mains ones.

2K · BC solar cell · 360° PTZ · AI PIR detection · card to 128 GB · 2.4 GHz
COOAU states a back-contact solar cell with over 30% better charging efficiency than conventional panels, behind a 2K pan-and-tilt camera with AI-assisted PIR detection and local card storage to 128 GB.
Best for: A position with weak or intermittent sun, where charging efficiency matters more than peak output.
2K · battery · 2.4/5 GHz dual band · color night vision · free cloud clips
A dual-band battery camera at the price most single-band ones sell for. HITELLARCAM states 2K capture, color night vision, AI person detection and free cloud storage for clips alongside a card slot.
Best for: A first battery camera where the Wi-Fi at the far end of the property is the real problem.
2K 3MP · battery, 3–6 months stated · PIR detection · siren and light · 2.4 GHz
ieGeek publishes an unusually specific runtime — three to six months per charge — alongside 2K capture, PIR detection and a siren with a white light. It works indoors or out, and it is 2.4 GHz only.
Best for: A shed, a side return or a room with no socket, where the camera should be left alone for a season.
