Most Amazon Basics products on this site are the sensible default in their family.
The 14-liter 25EI safe is a useful size for documents, with concealed anti-pry hinges and a usable adjustable shelf. The FP1401M document box publishes a real UL 72 Class 350 rating with both the duration and the temperature — which several more expensive boxes here do not.
The memory cards are general purpose rather than high endurance, and the listings do not pretend otherwise — it is buyers who assume. In a camera recording continuously, an endurance card is the correct product and Amazon Basics does not sell one here.
Steel thickness, security grades, temperature ranges. On the fire box the rating is stated in full; on the safes it is not, and this site reports that absence rather than filling it in. Read them as deterrent products rather than certified ones.
